SHANGHAI, 10 SEPTEMBER – Chery Automobile has been recognised as the ‘Pioneering Chinese Global Brand’ in the automotive sector at the prestigious 2024 Kantar BrandZ China Gala event held in Shanghai, China.

This event which attracted over 1000 industry leaders and brand builders from around the world, celebrates excellence in brand performance under the theme of globalisation.

The 2024 Kantar BrandZ China Gala highlighted brands with exceptional achievements across diverse industries. Chery, the only automotive brand recognised at the event, received the award for its leadership in global expansion, innovation, and strong market presence.

Chery has been celebrated for the fifth year as one of the Top 20 Best Overseas Image Enterprises and claimed the top spot in the automotive category of the Google x Kantar BrandZ Top 50 Chinese Global Brand Builders 2024.

The recognition not only acknowledges Chery’s past global achievements but also serves as a challenge to continue leading the global automotive industry.

As one of China’s foremost automotive exporters, Chery has expanded its reach to over 80 countries and regions, with continuous double-digit growth in sales.
