KLUANG, 31 JULY – Chery Malaysia is proud to introduce a new showroom and service centre in Johor, owned and operated by dealer-partner Li Koon Auto Sdn. Bhd. This new addition represents Chery’s commitment to bringing its exceptional automotive vehicles to more Malaysians across the state of Johor.
Located at No. 5 & No. 6, Jalan Kluang Perdana 1, Taman Kluang Perdana, 86000 Kluang, Johor. The new 3S centre covers 896 square meters, providing customers with a comprehensive experience in vehicle viewing, customer service, and maintenance.
The outlet in Kluang features a fully equipped service centre with 4 service bays, all staffed by highly trained Chery technicians.
“As we broaden our presence in Johor, our goal is to serve an even wider customer base, reaching out to the vibrant communities of Muar, Skudai, Johor Bahru, and now Kluang. Chery Kluang, a 3S centre, is staffed by a team of highly trained professionals, ensuring that every customer’s needs are met with the highest standards of quality and care. “Our mission is to offer high-quality vehicles and ensure that every customer receives the best possible care and support throughout their ownership journey,” said Network Director of Chery Malaysia Soon Boon Ping emphasising Chery’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional customer experience.
The Chery Kluang dealership was officiated by Network Director of Chery Malaysia Soon Boon Ping together with Managing Director of Li Koon Auto Ong Kian Choi, Chairman of Li Koon Auto Heng Eng Kong and President of the Kluang Municipal Council Azurawati Wahid.
The showroom is open daily – from 9am to 6pm (Monday – Sunday) including Public Holidays. While the service centre is open from 8am to 5.15pm (Monday – Friday); 8am to 12.45pm (Saturday); closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Currently, Chery operates six showrooms and five service centres in Johor, along with two body and paint outlets, to comprehensively meet the needs of Chery customers in the state.
