KUALA LUMPUR 20 September 2023 – Chery Malaysia was officially launched in July 2023. Both models of Omoda 5 and Tiggo 8 Pro began its assembly and production in the following month in its CKD plant in Kulim, Kedah. Chery Malaysia completed the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) for the first batch of Omoda 5 and Tiggo 8 Pro by the end of August and begin its delivery process to its customer.
